Bianca2Dr. Garilli is a former US Marine turned Naturopathic Doctor. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Maryland and her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington.

Dr. Garilli has been on staff at the University of CA, Irvine as volunteer clinical faculty and as a practitioner at the Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Medicine. She consults with Metagenics, a nutrigenomics and lifestyle medicine company, as their ND FirstLine Therapy consultant and oversees the Naturopathic Doctor educational platform. Dr. Garilli is also very involved with writing and lecturing on the topics of health and wellness. She is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and is on the Professional Development Committee of the California Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

At IRH, Dr. Garilli uses FirstLine Therapy with many of her patients. This is a 12-week program designed to reverse numerous conditions common in today’s society including metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease. Most patients find that through this targeted lifestyle medicine program they may also lose weight, be more energized, and reduce their use of conventional medications.

Dr. Garilli also sees patients with auto-immune disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. As the mother of a child born with a congenital heart condition she works with children having chronic health conditions including congenital heart conditions, ADHD/ADD and autism.

Despite her passion for her work, Dr. Garilli also loves to cook, garden, read, and spend time with her husband and two beautiful children.
