Product Reminders
Customers who sign up for an account on 4irh.com have the opportunity to set up replenishment reminders for products they buy. It's an easy way to remember when you need to re-supply your home with your favorite products.
Setting Up Product Reminders:
1. The Product Detail page will display whether a product is eligible for reminders below the Add to Cart button.
2. If you want to buy the product and set up a replenishment reminder, click on the box next to the message "Remind me when it's time to get more."
3. You have to have an account on 4irh.com to save the reminders with your account information. If you haven't signed up for an account yet, you can do so when you're checking out.
4. When you complete checkout, your reminders will be saved in the My Account section.
Receiving Your Reminders:
Reminders are sent to you via e-mail when it's time to replenish your supply of the products you chose. When you get the e-mail you have the option to do a couple things:

· Click on the My Account link to edit or update your product reminder preferences.

You can manage your reminder preferences inside My Account on 4irh.com:
1. Click on the My Account link from your reminder e-mail or log onto www.4irh.com and click on My Account at the top of the page.

3. A listing of all the products you've set up reminders for will be displayed.
4. You can change the frequency of your reminder e-mails or cancel all further reminders for a particular product and click on the Update Reminders button to save your changes.
5. You can also view the Product Detail page or add the product directly to your cart if you choose.
Your Order
E-mails About Your Order
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
· Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
· Backorder Notice. This e-mail informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. Your credit card is charged when the item is shipped. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail with your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
· Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order, or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
· Important notice about your order. Delivery of Your Items
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 1 to 10 full business days except for Military APO/FPO addresses, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:
· Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

· Difficulty in processing your payment information.

· Duplicate order was placed.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Auto Delivery FAQ
What is Auto Delivery?
The IRH Auto Delivery program allows you to set up shipping and delivery for products (just one or many!) that you use on a recurring basis. To begin receiving your automated shipments, just tell us the quantity and shipping address, as well as how often you'd like the product(s) shipped to you.
· Get items delivered every 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 or 180 days.
· Save on shipping costs on Auto Delivery shipments.
· Modify your order or cancel at anytime prior to shipment.
How do I opt into the program?
When you choose the Auto Delivery option while placing an order for an eligible product, you are automatically enrolled in the program for 12 months for that particular product.
How do I change my Auto Delivery order?
You are able to add, remove or make updates to products from your order while you shop or before you check out.
· In cart: You can change the quantity and frequency of shipments for each product in your shopping cart.
· Before order confirmation: Prior to checkout, you can review your purchases and make changes before confirming your order.
Updates can also be made to future shipments using the Auto Delivery Manager.
· Click on Account Features in My Account.
· Click on Auto Delivery Preferences. This will take you to the Auto Delivery Manager.
· Select the item you wish to update and click Update Preferences. Here you can change the quantity, frequency and shipping address for that item.
How do I cancel my participation in the Auto Delivery service?
You can opt out of the Auto Delivery program at any time by going to a product's Item Preferences page in your Auto Delivery Manager and clicking on the Cancel Auto Delivery link. Opting out or canceling an order will stop all future shipments of that particular product. To resume receiving a product using the Auto Delivery service, you need to place a new order for that product.
· Please note: IRH is committed to providing only the best in quality and innovation to help you achieve Hope, Health and Vitality. Our Natural medical team is frequently reviewing and updating formulas to bring you the most up-to-date advancements in the industry: as new technology emerges, so do new products! However, this means your Auto Delivery order may be canceled due to reformulation of ingredients. If this occurs, you will be notified via e-mail and supplied a link to the newly reformulated product, so you can replace your order.
How do I renew my Auto Delivery service?
You can renew your Auto Delivery Service through the Auto Delivery Manager found in My Account. Auto Delivery Manager will list items that are scheduled to expire in 30 days, and you can choose to renew them one at a time or all at once. Renewing your selections will ensure uninterrupted delivery for another year.
IRH Auto Delivery Terms & Conditions
Customer agrees to charges for products based on the frequency selected for the duration of one year. Auto Delivery orders will be in effect for one year from the date the first order is processed, unless canceled.
Unless modified by the customer, the credit card used to set up the initial Auto Delivery order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will not be charged until they are shipped. By placing an Auto Delivery order, you authorize us to charge your credit card for subsequent Auto Delivery orders for one year from the date the first order is processed unless you cancel your Auto Delivery shipments earlier.
Payment and order information are available to you on the site as a registered user. Credit cards and debit cards will be the only valid tender types accepted for payment on Auto Delivery orders. Gift certificates, gift cards, checks, Bill Me Later and Paypal will not be accepted.
Actual order amount may vary due to changes in price, promotions and shipping amounts. Product prices will reflect pricing at time of shipment, including any sale and promotional pricing. IRH will notify the customer of the amount of all charges prior to the order being fulfilled (10 days in advance of ship date). Special promotions requiring a code will not apply to the Auto Delivery program
You must register with www.4irh.com in order to set up IRH Auto Delivery shipments, and must have a valid e-mail address.
You will be able to login using your account to modify or cancel your Auto Delivery shipments at any time. You are responsible for payment on all merchandise shipped prior to cancellation request.
These terms cover any subsequent changes made to the Auto Delivery order, including but not limited to:
· Quantity
· Frequency of shipment
· Credit card information (update existing or enter new card)
· Extending the length of the term (IRH will notify you 30 days prior to the initial one-year expiration, whereupon you can login to the site and extend Auto Delivery preferences for another year.)

If an Auto Delivery product is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an e-mail notification. If the order is not canceled, the product will be shipped when it is in stock. These Auto Delivery Terms & Conditions supplement the General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (which are incorporated herein by reference) and govern your use of the Auto Delivery program.
IRH reserves the right to update or revise these Auto Delivery Terms & Conditions from time to time. If IRH makes material changes to these Auto Delivery Terms & Conditions, we will provide you notice by posting a notice on this website for 30 days. If you do not accept these Auto Delivery Terms & Conditions or any changes proposed by us, your only remedy is to cancel your registration for the Auto Delivery program. You acknowledge that IRH may elect in its discretion to discontinue the Auto Delivery program at any time.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal at the Institute for Restorative Health. Due to safety regulations we are unable to accept refunds on any supplements unless there is a manufacturing defect with the product. Customers must contact us within 10 business days of order being received for refunds.
The Institute for Restorative Health cannot accept opened items, or issue any returns on cosmetic, refrigerated or hormone supplement items. IRH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Please note that IRH will NOT cover shipping charges associated with the return of any item.

IRH Gift certificates can be ordered online for use at IRH or online. They are sent to any individual with a valid shipping address. Since we currently only ship within the United States, the recipient must have a valid shipping address in the United States. The recipient can use the Gift certificate and personal identification number upon receipt to shop both online and at traditional retail stores.
Buying a Gift Certificate:
To make your purchase, simply:
· Go to our Gift Certificate page.
· Select the quantity, card design and denomination you want.

After you purchase a Gift Certificate:
· Depending on the shipping method you choose, the actual Gift Certificate will be delivered in 1-10 business days.

Rules and Regulations for Gift Certificates:
· Gift Certificates can be redeemed through IRH or online at www.4irh.com.
· Gift Certificates without a PIN number may not be redeemed online.
· You cannot purchase a Gift Certificate using another Gift Certificate.
· If the amount of your Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
· If the starting balance of your Gift Certificate is GREATER the total order amount, the remaining balance will be stored on your Gift Certificate account for future use.

Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed.
